Dr. Miranda and Staff,

Thank you! Thank you for all you did yesterday in getting me in to see the Dr., making me feel better and making all the appointments that Dr. Miranda wanted me to have. Everyone’s professional approach, smiles, and “can do” attitude did not go unnoticed. I am so grateful to all of you for being there.

Thank you again,

Choosing the concierge service with Dr. Miranda is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Choosing the concierge service with Dr. Miranda is one of the best decisions I have ever made. His thorough approach to my healthcare led to the discovery of a life-threatening aortic aneurysm and open-heart surgery. The quality and depth of the care I am receiving from Dr. Miranda and his team has been superb, and it has been a major factor in my full recovery. I unconditionally recommend the Miranda practice.

I’m certain I want Dr. Miranda to be my doctor for life.

Dr. Charles Miranda – my primary care physician. He saved my life. Even though my PSA results were well within limits, below 3.0, my DRE (digital rectal exam) did not reveal any lumps or obvious abnormality, Dr. Miranda sent me to see a urologist because he did not like the firmness of my prostate. The urologist repeated the exam but was not overly concerned.

Six months later, Dr. Miranda sent me back to the urologist suggesting an ultrasound. The urologist then performed an ultrasound check as part of a 12-point biopsy exam. The ultrasound did not show anything abnormal in the prostate. I was sure I had been wasting my time. However, five days later the urologist called me and reported the biopsy was positive in seven of the twelve samples covering both sides of my prostate.

Dr. Miranda then counseled me concerning the pathology results and he gave me two doctors to check out. He told me that my biggest decision was not going to be WHAT procedure to choose but WHO I choose to do it. I asked who he would go to and he said if he had my results he would see Dr. Scardino at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in NY. Eleven weeks later, and I’m certain I want Dr. Miranda to be my doctor for life.

I have known many doctors in my life. You are the best I have ever known.

Dear Dr. Miranda,

I am so very grateful that you are accepting my phone calls on your cell phone. As you know, I am really upset by this Obama insurance crap. Your patience and great intelligence are helping me deal with the matter. You are a brilliant doctor and you offer substantial kindness to your patients. I have known many doctors in my life. You are the best I have ever known. I am so lucky that you are my primary physician. May God bless you.

Sincerely,
Michelle K.

You ordered all the necessary tests, which came back negative, but you still felt my thyroid needed to be removed and you were right. I had cancer.

Dear Dr. Miranda,

First off, I want to say thank you. Thank you for saving my life.

I have been a patient of yours for several years now and when I heard you were offing a concierge program, I immediately joined and scheduled my annual physical for November 2012. Good thing I did.

One of the benefits I saw with this type of medical care was the ability for you to give your patients the extra time they might need, and that’s exactly what I received during this physical. It was during this extra time you discovered my enlarged thyroid. You ordered all the necessary tests, which came back negative, but you still felt my thyroid needed to be removed and you were right. I had cancer.

You and your staff have been terrific during this entire time. You returned all my calls and even called me at home and let me walk in without an appointment.

Because of your care and treatment, I am cancer-free and well on my way back to full health.

Please feel free to share my experience and this letter with your other patients.

Sincerely,
Robert J.
